"No issues with the way my hair was cut it the demeanor of any of the staff, they were 10/10. The unshaded outdoor waiting area on a hot and sunny day wasn't a great experience though, so maybe just providing a little coverage out in front of the shop would make it a 10/10."

"I had not been able to see my local barber for 12 weeks and was told it would be possibly another two weeks before they would reopen due to Covid-19. For a person that regularly gets his hair cut every two weeks this seemed like an eternity. My attempt at trimming the loose ends was not acceptable!! Ha!! You always hear that good things come from difficult times however in my case this proved true. After searching various barbers within 60 mikes of my residence I found a Sports Clip location that although an hour away from my residence had a 90 minute waiting time. I booked through the APP for next available. Upon arriving and checking-in, I was introduced to Bayley (yes - not common spelling). In the next hour, I received the best haircut I believe I have ever received in my adult life. Bayley was very attentive to my explanation on how I ordinarily wear my hair. She was kind and exhibited the upmost excellence in customer service and technical ability. I believe I have a new barber - even if it is an hour from my home. Sports Cuts should be proud to have an employee of the caliber of Bayley. Dan "
