Great service by Susanna at Arbors Sports Clips in Charlotte NC. Excellent haircut and shampoo!

I’m writing this minutes after getting my haircut done at this location so it’s fresh in my mind. Upon payment for my haircut I asked if they could transfer my military discount from the North Lake Mall location to this one. The stylist responded by asking for my military ID. As a Veteran I do not carry my military ID with me at all times so I explained that to her.. I offered to show plenty of pictures on my phone showing me serving in the United States Army and the stylist denied me. It was extremely embarrassing to be rituculed and questioned about my service to this country and even denied when I offered to show legitimate pictures that in no way possible could you fake...Terrible Customer Service!

Not sure what all the hate is about; hands down best haircut in town! Leanna & Kennedy always take great care of me! The management and customer service is outstanding. I never go anywhere else, the crew here is worth a further drive if necessary. 6 Stars! ;)
